复方紫归冲剂对烫伤大鼠血浆丙二醛及细菌感染的影响

Effect of Zigui Granule(紫归冲剂)on Level of Malondialdehyde in Plasma and Bacterial Infection of Burns in Rats

本研究对大鼠40%Ⅲ°烫伤后1h 开始灌喂复方紫归冲剂,与生理盐水组及单纯烫伤组比较。结果:烫伤后3天血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量,血浆内毒素含量均降低(P 均<0.05),脏器细菌培养阳性动物数及细菌培养阳性脏器数明显减少(P<0.05)。提示该方有益于烧伤早期抗自由基损伤、保护肠粘膜屏障,以防止肠源性脓毒症的发生。

In this study,the burned rats were fed Zigui granule(ZGG),to test the effects of the traditional medicine to levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)and endotoxin in plasma and bacterial culture.The rats were fed with ZGG after burn injury one hour later.Three days after injury,the levels of MDA and endotoxin in plasma were significantly lower than that in rats of control group and normal saline treated group(P<0.05).The positive rate of bacterial culture of visceral samples in burned rats was also lower than that in rats of other two groups(P<0.05).It is suggested that the treatment with ZGG might ellevate lipid peroxidation,protect intestinal mucosa and prevent gut-derived endotoxemia after burn injury.
