摘要
本实验应用颅内接种白血病细胞的方法造成 L_(7212)小鼠脑膜白血病模型,对传统急救中成药安宫牛黄丸抗脑膜白血病的作用及其机理进行了初步研究。发现安宫牛黄丸能明显延长患病小鼠的生存期(P<0.05);能显著减轻白血病细胞对脑膜及肝脾等组织的浸润(P<0.05),对骨髓中的白血病细胞也有抑杀作用;能明显提高模型小鼠骨髓细胞 S期的比率,降低 G_2+M 期的比率,使其正常骨髓细胞的增殖活性得到了一定的改善和提高;能明显提高模型小鼠自然杀伤细胞(NK 细胞)的活性,增强其抑杀白血病细胞的作用。
A study on effect and mechanism of Angon Niuhuang pill(AGNHP)was carried out.The animal model of meningeal leukemia in mice was established and the L7212 leukemia was inoculated on it.The result showed the AGNHP could markedly prolong the life expectancy of the leukemic mice(P<0.05);notably reduce the invasion of leukemic cells in the meninx,liver,spleen and other tissues(P<0.05);inhibit and kill leukemic cells in the bone marrow;remarkbly in- crease the rate of S phase in the marrow cells of the leukemic mice and lower the rate of G2+M phase,which could make some improvements and increase in the proliferative activity of normal marrow cells;obviously improve the activity of NK cells of the model mice,which could increase in inhibition and killing leukemic cells.
