中药消痞灵冲剂对大鼠胃癌前期病变防治作用的形态计量学研究

Morphometric Study on the Preventive and Therapeutic Effect of Xiaopiling Granule(消痞灵冲剂)on the Precancerous Changes of the Stomach in Rats

采用大鼠胃癌前期病变模型,运用形态计量学研究手段,定量观察了中药消痞灵冲剂对癌前期病变大鼠胃粘膜病变的防治作用。结果显示,中药消痞灵冲剂预防和治疗组的慢性萎缩性胃炎胃粘膜腺体数(NA)、粘膜腺体层/粘膜全层(L_1/L)值和胃粘膜异型增生腺体的 ING、N/C、P_1/D_1、P_2/D_2值,与正常组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05),而与病变组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05～0.01)。结果表明,中药消痞灵冲剂对大鼠胃癌前期病变有明显的防治作用。

The morphometric methods were used to observe quantitatively the perventive and therapeutic effects of Xiaopiling granule(XPLG)on the experimental pathogical models of rats with precancerous changes of the stomach.The resuhs showed that there was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the preventive or therapeutic group and the normal control group in the indices of NAL/L in the gastric mucosa with chronic atrophic gastritis and those of ING,N/C, P1/D1,P2/D2 of the gastric mucosa with dysplasia.But there were significant differences(P<0.05～0.01)between the preventive group or therapeutic group and the pathologic model group in the above items.It suggested that the Xiao piling Granule had marked preventive and therapeutic effects on the precancerous changes of the stomach in rats.
