摘要
采用化学诱癌模型,用白花蛇舌草、乌骨藤、斑螯、冬凌草、冬虫夏草和山豆根对小鼠前胃癌变的阻断作用进行了实验研究。同时,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES),对6种中草药的硒、锰、锌、钼含量进行了定量测定。结果:6个中药组的癌变率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);其癌变抑制率与其硒、锰含量呈正相关,与其锌、钼含量无关。提示:6种中草药对小鼠前胃鳞状上皮癌变均有不同程度的阻断作用,其抑制癌变作用可能与其硒、锰含量有关。
Using the chemical induced carcinogenesis model,the blocking effects of six kinds of Chinese herbs(including Hedyotis diffusa,Mylabris phalerata,Fissistigma glaucescens,Rabdosia rubescens,Cordyceps sinensis,Sophora sub- prostratae)on squamous epithelia pregastric carcinogenesis in mice was studied.The contents of selenium(Se),mangane sium(Mn),zinc(Zn)and molybdenum(Mo)in the herbs were measured by ICP-AES.The results showed that the car- cinogenesis rates in six herbs groups were significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and the carcinogenesis inhibitory rates of the herbs had a positive correlation with the contents of Se and Mn and not with Zn and Mo.It sug- gested that the six herbs all had a blocking effect on carcinogenesis in various degree and the blocking effect might be relat- ed to the herbs'Se and Mn contents.
