小柴胡汤对糖皮质激素受体调节作用的实验研究

Experimental Study on Regulation of Glucocorticoid Receptor by Minor Bupleurum Decoction

本研究观察了小柴胡汤对大鼠肝胞液糖皮质激素受体(GCR)位点数的影响。结果表明,单用糖皮质激素(GC)和单用小柴胡汤组大鼠的 GCR 均明显低于对照组(P<0.01),小柴胡汤加 GC 合用组 GCR 则明显高于单用 GC 组(P<0.01)。提示小柴胡汤对 GCR 的调节具有双向作用,一方面本身可引起 GCR 的下降,另一方面,与 GC 合用,又能部分逆转 GC 引起的 GCR 的降调节。

The effects of minor Bupleurum decoction (MBD) on the number of glucocorticoid receptor (GCR) sites of hepatic cytosol were observed in 40 SD male rats,which were divided into four groups:the GC group treated with dexametha- sone,the MBD group treated with MBD,the combination group received both drugs and the control group without any treatment.It was found that the C,CR number of CJC and MBD groups were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.01).However,the GCR number of the combination group was much higher than that of the GC group (P<0.01).The results indicated that MBD might have two-direction effects on GCR regulation:while it down -regu- lates the GCR level as GC does,it could also inhibit the GCR down regulation induced by GC.
