摘要
为进一步探讨脾虚证本质,应用淋巴细胞毒法和微量板染色法,对利血平塑造的脾虚证小白鼠模型脾脏 T 淋巴细胞亚群和血清干扰素(IFN)活性检测发现,脾虚证小白鼠的总 T、辅助性 T 细胞(T_H)、抑制性 T 细胞(T_S)、T_H/T_S 值和 IFN 均显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);四君子汤治疗组的上述指标均得到明显恢复,与正常对照组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。研究结果表明,四君子汤具有纠正脾虚证免疫功能紊乱,恢复正常免疫功能的作用。
In order to find out some specific,objective and quantitative indexes about the essence of Spleen-Deficiency Syn- drome,the authors used the methods of lymphotoxicity assay and microplate staining to study T lymphocyte subpopulation and serum interferon in mice with Spleen Deficiency Syndrome (n=10) which was induced by subcutaneous injection of Reserpine.The results showed that the spleen total T cell,helper-T lymphocyte (Th),suppresser+T lymphocyte (Ts), Th/Ts and serum interferon (IFN) levels were obviously lower than those of the control group made up of normal mice (n =10) (P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.05 and P<0.01 respectively);but the levels of all the above items were improved in the group of mice (n=10) treated by Sijunzi decoction(四君子汤,SJZD).This study proved that the decline of cellular immune function and nonspecific immune function was relevant to Spleen-Deficiency Syndrome;SJZD could enhance the immunological function of mice with Spleen-Deficiency Syndrome.
