摘要
本实验观察了牛磺酸与复方淮山药合用对小鼠急性毒性实验、增力抗疲劳、耐缺氧作用及对离体大鼠胃底条的作用。实验结果提示:牛磺酸与复方淮山药合用无毒,安全性极大;牛磺酸(0.4g/kg)与复方淮山药(10g/kg)合用对小鼠具有明显的增力抗疲劳作用(P<0.05),但无明显抗缺氧作用。复方淮山药具有明显兴奋大鼠离体胃底条作用。牛磺酸与中药合用具有明显增强中药方剂作用,与剂量有关。
The aim of this project is to investigate pharmacodynamics of taurine with Shanyao composita(SYC),to examine the combination of taurine and SYC in:(1)acute toxicity,(2)anti fatigue,(3) snti-hypoxia in mice and (4)effect on isolat- ed gastric fundus strips of rats.The results showed:combination of taurine and SYC had no toxicity.The safety is en- sured.Taunne (0.4 g/kg) plus SYC (10 g/kg) had significant anti-fatigue effect (P<0.05) but no anti-hypoxia effect. SYC had significant stimulation on isolated rat gastric fundus strips.The contractile effect of gastric strips was dosage de- pendent.In both combination of taurine and SYC,taurine (10-40 mM) significantly increased the effect of SYC and tau- rine was a modular.The results suggested that the combination is superior to taurine used alone.It is available for clinic prokinetic drug after intensive chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy.
