翼状胬肉的个体化手术治疗

Individualized surgical treatment of pterygium

目的:总结翼状胬肉个体化手术治疗的效果。方法:对我院2008-02/2011-02收治的翼状胬肉患者317例379眼,根据不同条件行个体化手术,观察术后结果。结果:与单纯胬肉切除手术方法相比,个体化手术方法组术后复发率明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各个体化手术组之间无显著差异。结论:个体化手术治疗翼状胬肉安全且临床效果较好。

AIM：To evaluate the effect of individualized pterygium excision·METHODS：Three hundred and seventeen patients（379 eyes） with pterygium were enrolled in our hospital from Feb 2008 to Feb 2011.Individualized treatments were carried out according to different conditions.The effects were observed·RESULTS：Comparing with the simple pterygium excision,the recurrence rates of pterygium in all individualized pterygium excision groups were lower,there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The recurrence rates of pterygium were no statistical significance（P〉0.05）between the individualized pterygium excision groups·CONCLUSION： The individualized surgical treatment is safe and has better clinical effect.
