福建土地利用若干问题分析

An Analysis on some Problems of Landuse in Fujian

分析了福建经济发展较快地区土地利用急速变化的机制、必然性及其正负面影响，提出调控土地利用以适应区域经济持续发展的意见．作者认为福建的土地仍有较大的农业生产潜力．文中提出提高耕地空时利用指数，在山区适度发展亚热带落叶阔叶林－草地林牧业，建设景观生态保护区以增加食品生产、保持水土和维护土地的可持续利用．

The paper is meant to analyse the mechanism of the rapidity of land use,its inevitability and its positive and negative effects in the areas of Fujian where the economy develops comparatively faster,and thus,suggests regulating land use to suit the needs of sustainable growth of regional economy.The author holds that the land of Fujian still has considerably potential agricultural productivity,and suggests raising 'land'sspace-time use index' of the cultivated land, moderately developing 'subtropical deciduous broadleaf tree-herbage forest-livestock farming' in the mountain areas and constructing 'landscape ecological protected areas',so as to increase food production,to conserve water and prevent soil erosion and to ensure the sustainable utilization of the land.
