茶蚕颗粒体病毒的增殖技术研究

摘要 以天然食料茶技接种茶蚕颗粒体病毒感染茶蚕幼虫批量增殖病毒,在室内外进行了试验研究.结果表明.室内增殖茶蚕颗粒体病毒量的多少是随着接种病毒浓度增大而相应提高,其感染浓度以1×10-2mg/ml为宜,感染时间以病毒感染后7—9d为高;茶蚕各龄每条感病虫尸病毒含量是随虫龄的增大而成倍增加,在生产中以4龄幼虫和感染病毒为好.野外增殖病毒以9—10月期间茶蚕幼虫为2—3龄期,剂量病毒6g/ha标准粉常规喷雾,至茶蚕感病末期到死亡后1—2d采收为宜;取得了增殖病毒死虫65.625kg/ha的成效. Laboratory and field trials have been done on the mass multiplication of tea bunch caterpillar granulosisvirus (AbGV) by rearing Andraca bipunctata Walker with natural diet tea twigs. The lab results showed that theamounts of AbGV multiplied were relatde to the GV inoculation density and the larva instarl the suitable infectdensity was 1 × 10-2mg/ml. the 4th instar was suitable instar to inoculate GV. AbGV particles in smile larva gotto the peak in 7- 9 days after the infection. Field trials showed that the best season to proliferate AbGY was frommiddle September to middle October with AbGV 6000mg per ha sprayed, when the caterpillar was in the second orthird instar. 65. 625kg larve corpse infected by AbGY were got per ha. when the corpse were picked within 1-- 2days after death.
