茶蚕颗粒体病毒（AbGV）杀虫剂生产应用技术研究

本项研究分离鉴定了１４对昆虫病毒，其中ＡｂＧＶ等５种病毒为我国首次发现。对ＡｂＧＶ生物学特性、理化特性、安全性、病毒杀虫剂研制等进行了较全面系统研究。建立了ＡｂＧＶ杀虫剂生产工艺流程，研制了０．５％ＡｂＧＶ悬浮剂．９．５％病毒复合液剂，７．５％病毒复合悬浮剂。并进行较大面积防治试验示范应用．取得良好防治效果和社去经济效益、生态效益。

kinds of insect viruses were isolated and identified, among them, A;ldrace bipunctata granulosisvirus (AbGV) and Other 4 kinds of viruses were first discovered in China. The biological physical and chemicalcharacteristics have been systematically researched. Toxicity experiments to animals and cells, and Amesexperiments have also been done. Three types of virus insecticides including 0. 5% AbGV suspension, 9. 5% viruscomplex liqquid and 7. 5 % virus complex suspension were prepared according to the production procedure proposedby authors,and these insecticides were sprayed in relatively large areas to control Andraca bipunctata Walker andother insect pests on tea bushes.
