大气SO_2污染对桃蚜发生的影响及其机制研究

摘要 本文概述了大气污染对昆虫特别是刺吸类昆虫发生的影响及其机制的研究现状,探讨了自然状态下不同污染程度地区桃蚜自身的解毒酶和其寄主的营养状况的变化.初步得出在污染程度较高的地区桃蚜α-NA羧酸酯酶活性有增高趋势,大气污染导致桃叶片中氨基酸总量特别是桃蚜必需氨基酸总量的增加和其中限制性氨基酸的改变有利于桃蚜的发生. This paper described the effect of air pollution on insects especially in juice-piercing-suching groupsoccurence and their cusseur reseach advances. The variation of peach aphids, Myzus persica (Sulzer) detoxifiedferment and host's nutritional situation in the different natural polluting areas were discussed. In the higherpollution areas, the a-NA esterase activity of peach aphid3 showed a tendency to increase and the increment ofpeach leaves amino- acid content, especially the essential amino - acid content and the restricted amino - acidchange might be advantageous to peach aphids occuring.
