摘要
基于私营经济的发展对我国国民经济新成长阶段的重要性，本文对十一届三中全会以来我国私营经济发展的阶段性、现状、特点及存在的问题进行了分析和研究，并对“九五”期间私营经济的发展趋势进行了预测和剖析，同时提出了相关的政策建议．
Based on the importance of private economy in the national economy development during the period of market-oriented economic system reform started in 1978, a study on the historical period, current situations, characteristics and problems of private economy development in China has been carried out. Against this background, there is also preview the tendency of private economy development in the end of the century.
