摘要
96-908-03-02专题是继85-913-03-03专题研究之后,一个与区域气候模型相嵌套且用于业务预报的描写水文循环陆面分支的模型研究。了解与此项研究密切相关的大型国际合作项目、计划与活动,对于开阔思路和汲取有益的营养,提高研究水平将是有益的。本文在简要介绍全球能量水循环试验,国际地球生物圈计划(IGBP)以及"政府间气候变化专业委员会"(IPCC)评价报告之后,提出了几点看法。
Following the project of 85-913-03-03, the national key project 96-908-03-02 is to model the land surface process in hydrological cycle and to study the impacts of climate variation on water resources, by integrating hydrological models with the global (or regional) climate models. Knowing related international projects, programming and activities in the area of climate change and its impacts are beneficial for understanding their insight relationship, absorbing their scientific idea, and implementing the project successfully. Based on the briefly review of GEWEX, IGBP and IPCC, some comments concerning the 96-908-03-03 research project are given in this paper.
