张力减径在焊管无缝化工程中的应用

Application of the Stretch Reducing Mill in ERW Tube Production

采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、Ｇｌｅｅｂｌｅ－１５００热模拟试验机等试验手段，主要研究了焊管加张力减径对焊管母材和焊缝显微组织及力学性能的影响。试验结果表明，张力减径显著改善焊缝的组织和强韧性，在生产上有显著的优越性。

The effect of stretch reduction on microstructure and mechanical properties of base metal and weld seam has been investigated by optical microscopy,SEM and Gleeble-1500 machine.It is shown that stretch reduction obviously improves the microstructure and mechanical properties of weld seam,and has many advantages.
