摘要
为改善GW157高比重合金的塑性和韧性,研究了添加稀土元素La对合金力学性能的影响。结果表明,添加适量的La可以显著提高合金的力学性能,其主要原因是La的加入改变了杂质元素氧的存在与分布状态,使氧由界面偏聚转变为稳定的氧化物,减小了它在钨-粘结相的界面偏聚,从而提高了两相界面的结合强度,进而提高了合金性能。
In order to improve the ductility and toughness of the GW157 heavy alloy,the effects of adding rare earth element La on mechanical properties have been studied in this paper.The results show that the addition of a proper amount of La to GWI57 heavy alloy markedly improved the mechanical properties,resulting mainly from the fact that the addition of La changed the existence and distribution states of impurity element oxygen,reduced segregation of oxygen at W-binder interface because it formed stable oxides.As a result,the binding strength between W grains and binder phase is improved.Therefore,the mechanical properties of the alloy were improved.
