摘要
抗干扰技术是保证通信、尤其是军用通信可靠、准确的重要措施。近２０年来，国内外一直集中力量从事这方面的研究和开发工作。在抗干扰通信技术中，语音数字化和高效压缩编码具有相当重要的作用和意义。文中综述了语音压缩编码技术方面的应用和发展以及在抗干扰通信技术方面的应用潜力。
