摘要
对捆扎式多通道慢波结构采用等效线路模型,对电子注利用空间电荷波模型分析了一类多电子注耦合腔行波管的线性行为,计算了某一例证的小信号特性。结果发现,这类管子的单通道增益和瞬时带宽比独立的单通道管子都有显著改善。
The linear performance of a new type of multi-beam coupled cavity TWT is analysed in this peper,by using equivalent circuit model for the bunched multi-channel slow wave system and space charge wave theory for beam moving. The small signal characteristics are investegated for an example travelling wave tube. The single channel gain and the simulated bondwith of the multi-beam travelling wave tube are improved latgely compared with those of independent single channel TWT. The results obtaind in this paper indicate that the bunched multi-beam TWT is an excelent way to get broadband millimeter wave.
