摘要 在瞬时带宽为倍频程以上时,非线性注波工作用将导致谐波的产生以及谐波与基波的相互耦合等现象的出现,从而对管子的特性有重要的影响。文中以行波管非线性理论为基础,推导了考虑谐波工作用的二维大信号方程组。利用文中所推导出的大信号方程组对某一实用宽带行波管的基波和谐波特性进行了数值分析,计算结果与实测结果吻合。 When the instaneous bandwith exceed octave,the harmonic is genarated and the mutual coupling between harmonic and foudamental wave can be observed in travelling wave tube due to nonlinear interaction between electron beam and slow eledromagnetic wave. These phenomena strongly ififluence the characteristics of TWT. The nonlinear theory of TWT is generalized in order to take these Phenmomena into account in the paper. Numerical analysis carried out for the characteristics of foundamental and harmonic wave of a certain practical TWT by means of the large-signal equation system derived in the paper. The numerical results is in agreement with the experimental one.
