摘要
目前,适用于群落聚类分析有序样本的聚类方法主要是“最优分割法”。本文提出了一种新的适用于群落有序样本的聚类方法，该法较最优分割法计算简便。
Up till now the optimal cut has been seeing as the main method to the clustering of the ordering sample in community.A new method of cluster analysis for ordering sample was given in this paper.The new method is more simple than the optimal cut in calculation.
