摘要
研究利用高空气球和卫星处理的豫麦13,航天条件下一些性状的诱变效应.通过对SP3代14个系的调查表明,株高、粒重、主穗小花数、叶长、叶宽、单株穗数和单株重均达显著水平,但是各系内有关性状的变异系数与对照相近.通过选择,已育成两个优于对照的品系.航天条件下可使作物产生有利的变异,且为诱变育种开辟了一条新途径.
By means of satellite and high space bation on boarding, the mutagenic effectsof aerospace condition on some characteristics of wheat variety Yu-Mat 13 wereexamined. The results from 14 lines of SP3 generation showed that plant height,kernel weight, flowerets per main head, length and width of leaf, heads per plantand weight per plant were all diverse at significam level. However, the coefficent ofvariation of these characters inner each line was similar.to CK. Two lines superior toCK were selected. It was suggested that space flight condition could induce availablemutation of crop and could be used as a new wad for plallt mutation breeding.
