春小麦空间诱变效果的研究 被引量:4

摘要 用春小麦纯系种子进行了加硼及水处理的航天试验.结果表明,航天处理后种子发芽势提高10%-15%,发芽率提高2%-6%,M1代田间出苗率提高8.5%,与对照相比达到显著水平,水+航天处理SP1代小区产量提高26.1%;航天处理后放置不同时期的发芽试验结果基本一致,硼酸+航天与水+航天处理比未表现出抑制作用;航天处理SP2代的主要农艺性状的变异系数和突变频率及正向突变率都很高. Spring wheat seeds soaked in water and boric acid were used for space treatment. The result showed: after space treatment, the germination percetage, germination potential and rate of seed setting in field increased 10--15%, ZM% and8.5% respectiyely in comparison with control. SP1 plot yield of water and spacetreatment increased 26.1%. There was no difference in germination percentage ofseed stored for different time after space treatment. Comparing boric acid withwater treatment, there was no restraint effection. There were high coefficient ofvariance, mutation frequency and positive mutation frequency of main agronomiccharacters in SP2 gernaration of space treatment.
