摘要
将甜椒干种子搭载于科学返地卫星上,种子在空间特殊条件下运行.返回陆地后,测定种子发芽率、幼苗同工酶及后代植物学性状、抗性、产量,进行果实营养分析,叶细胞超微结构观察等,均出现了变异,在后代得以表现.经多代选育,获得优良甜椒新品系“卫星87-2”.
Dry sweet pepper seeds were carried into space by satellite, after returning bajckto the earth, seed germination rate, isoenzyme, plant characters, resistance, and output of sweet peppers were determined, nutrition analysis, leaf cell observation were performed also. All of the seeds appcat variation, and the variations were expressed in the progenies. By obserwtion and screening a high-yield line of sweet pepper called 'Satellite 87-2' was obtained.
