摘要
通过卫星搭载干种子研究空间条件对双低油菜农艺性状的影响,结果表明,SPl代株高、有效分枝高度略有增加,与产量有关的农艺性状均有不同程度减弱,发现了一特长角果变异株.SP2代农艺性状出现较大分离,呈偏态分布,为选择优良品种提供了丰富的材料,并对农艺性状变异原因又突变性状的稳定性进行了讨论.
The effects of the space environment on major agronomic characters of rapeseedwith 'double low' traits were studied by the experiment of rapeseed onboarding recoverable satellite. The results showed that plallt height and effective branch placein SPI generation increased a little as compared with those in CK. The characters related with yielding decreased to some extent. A mutant with longer podwas discovered. The agronomic characters segregated widely and showed abnormal distribution in SP2 generation, which provided abundant variation materialsfor breeding. The cause of variation of agronomic characters and the stability ofmutant characters were discussed.
