摘要
为了探明60Coγ射线对簇毛麦愈伤组织的细胞分裂及染色体变异的影响,采用10-300Gy剂量辐照,结果表明70~300Gy引起细胞的间期致死,30-60Gy引起分裂致死。10-60Gy均能引起染色体的结构及数量变异,其中有利于融合双方染色体整合或重组的片段化在60Gy辐射后第3天频率最高。
In order to find out the influence of 60 Co γ ray on the cell division and chromosome aberration of Haynaldia villosa calli,doses from 10~300Gy were used for irradiation.The results showed that 70~300Gy induced interval lethality of cells and 30~60Gy division lethality.All the doses from 10 60 Gy could lead to the aberration of chromosome both in number and structure.The chromosome fragmentation which was beneficial to the recombination between the partner chromosomes occurred with the highest frequency at the third day after irradiation of 60 Gy.The radiation effect was also influenced by the duration time following subculture to irradiate.
