L缬氨酸对环孢菌素形成的影响

Externally supplemented L valine enhanced yield of cyclosporin A by 27 times and slighly inhibited formation of cyclosporin B,C, and G in synthetic medium. This amino acid was not among variable effecting the growth rate of the culture. L valine appear attractive for evolving feeding strategies that could lead to increase of final cyclosporin A titer. In contrast, effect of L valine on production of cyclosporin A is more than of DL valine.
