摘要
在分析基于离散事件动态系统模型的分层滚动调整算法［１］的基础上，结合模糊推理理论，对分层处理、冲突疏解等关键环节进行模糊处理，提出了改善此算法的方法。
t first,we analyze a stratified rolling traffic adjustment algorithm based on discrete event dynamic system, and imply the shortage of this algorithm at some key parts of stratify processing and conflict dissolving. Then,according to the theory of fuzzy rationation, we make fuzzy processing at these key parts to improve the algorithm, and construct a stratified rolling traffic adjustment algorithm based on fuzzy rationation.
