摘要
通过蛋白银染色法对太湖北部水域的浮游纤毛虫进行了定性和定量研究.共记录了18种浮游纤毛虫,浮游藤壶虫(Balanionplanctonicum)和钟形虫(Vorticelacampanula)为优势种,浮游藤壶虫(Balanionplanctonicum)为我国的新记录.前人报道的睥睨虫属中的团睥睨虫(Askenasiavolvox),经对皮层及口围毛基体的观察应为顶口睥睨虫(Askenasiaacrostomia).浮游纤毛虫的丰度变化范围为8400~32000ind/L之间(平均为17780ind/L);生物量的平均值为359.2μg/L(102.4~1189.6μg/L).文中比较了本次调查的结果与前人的相关报道。
With the protargol staining methods, the planktonic ciliated protozoans from the north region of Taihu Lake, a shallow big eutrophicated lake in China, were examinated quantitatively and qualititatively. 18 ciliate species dominated by Balanion planctonicum and Vorticella campanula were recorded. Balanion planctonicum was the first reported in China. A species of genus Askenasia identified as A. volvox previous should be A. acrostomia after observated the structures of cortex and kineties. Abundances of planktonic ciliates in the region varied from 8 400 to 32 000 ind/L with an average of 177 800 ind/L, biomass from 102 4 to 1189 6 μg/L with a mean of 359 2 μg/L In the paper the differences of results between previous reports and present research were compared and discussed.
