摘要
从掌状玫耳(Rhodotus palmatus Maire)菌丝中提取的掌状玫耳多糖经酚—硫酸法测得总糖含量为41%,P.C与G.C分析表明,掌状玫耳多糖的单糖组成为Fuc、Xyl、Man、Gle和一未知单糖X,各单糖的摩尔比依次为1.7:1:1.6:6.0:1.1。
The polysaccharose of Rkodotus palmatus is recovered from its hypha and the total polysaccharose content is 41 % by the phenol-sulphuric acid method. According to the analysis of P. C and G.C, the monose of its polysaccharose consists of Fuc, Xyl, Man, Gle and unknown monose. The mole ratio of these monoses is 1.7:1:1.6:6.0:1.1.
