摘要
应用常规的石蜡包埋切片技术,通过高碘酸—席夫反应发现,在大豆种子萌发后的4~10d,子叶细胞内淀粉粒逐渐减少;13~17d,子叶近轴侧及中部的淀粉粗有所增加;19d以后,淀粉粒又逐渐减少,直至全部消失。
The changes of starch grain in the cells of cotyledons during the germination of soybean seed by was studied using the conventional paraffin embedding slice technique trough the periodic acid-Schiff reaction. The result showed that 4~10 days after the germination of the seed, the number of starch grain in the cells of cotyledon decrease gradually;13~17 days, the number in the middle part and near axis side increase; After 19 days, they reduce gradually until disappearing.
