山楂果实中水溶性维生素和可溶性游离糖的分析测定 被引量:2

摘要 采用HPLC法,分析测定了山楂原种(Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.)的8个单株、山里红(C.pinnatifida Bge.var.major N.E.Br.)和伏山楂(C.praecox Dai. & Fu.)果实中水溶性维生素和可溶性游离糖。结果测得5种水溶性维生素和4种可溶性游离糖。山楂原种维生素C含量很高,平均为142.25mg/100g,鲜果在所有被测山楂果实中均含有较重要的游离糖—山梨糖。 The contents of 5 water-soluble vitamins and 4 soluble free sugars the fruits of Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.(8 individuals) C. pinnatifida Bge. var. major N. E. Br. and C. praecox Dai. & Fu. were determined using HPLC. The results show that there is a very high content of vitamin C which averages 142.25 mg per 100 g fresh fruits in the fruit of C. pinnatifida Bge. and a very high content of sorbose in all determined hawthorn fruits. The results provides scientific basis for the development and ultilization of hawthorn resources.
