本文以如何提高高校后勤工作水平为中心议题，从确定管理目标；组合管理要素；把握管理过程规律；健全管理制度等四个方面进行论述，力求使高校后勤工作水平不断提高。

In this paper we have mainly discussed improve the service work of university. Determining the manage goal, compossing the essential factors of manage, grasping the regulars of manage and amplifying rules of manage are discussed. by doing so the service work of university will be improved quickly and continualy.
