摘要 本文介绍了高水速凝尾砂胶结充填工艺在凡口铅锌矿的试验研究及应用,并分析了该充填工艺的应用效果和影响充填质量的因素,提出了一些有待进一步探讨的问题.该充填工艺与传统的尾砂胶结充填相比,克服了采场充填脱水、漏浆、充填接顶差等方面的问题,而且降低了充填成本,提高尾砂利用率,缩短了作业循环时间,因而具有较好的经济效益和社会效益. The authors make an introduction to the technology of cemented filling with high-water quick consolidating tailings and its operation in Fankou lead-zinc mine, analyze the results that the filling technology was used and the factors that the quality of filling was influenced, and put forward some problems to be further discussed. Compared with conventional cemented filling with tailings, this filling technology not only makes some problems such as dewatering, slurry leakage and poor roof contacting of filling stope to be solved, but also can reduce filling cost, increase tailings utitization and shorten cycle length of operating, thus is of better economic and social results.
