摘要
铜绿山矿原设计采用点条柱上向水平分层水砂充填法开采,经多年实践表明,该法问题多而不适应矿山生产要求,为解决问题,改用深孔崩矿阶段充填法.本文总结了该法的试验研究成果,推出品字形采场结构、球状和柱状药包在深孔爆破中应用的新材料与新工艺、三合一胶结充填方法和高水固化材料充填接顶工艺等内容.试验研究取得了显著的技术经济效益.
The origninal mining design in Tonglushan mine was upward cut-and-fill mining with point and strip pillars and hydraulic stowage. The many-years practice showed that this mining method was not suitable for the requirements of mining produc-tion due to many problems. In order to solve these problems, the longhole caving and level filling method instead of original mining method was used. The author sums up the achievements in the experimental study on the experiment method, and makes an introduc-tion to '品'-shape stope structure, new material and technology of both spherical and col-umn charges used in the longhole blasting, the three-in-one cemented filling method, and roof-contact filling with high-water consolidating materials etc, including the remarked technical and economic results produced from this mining method.
