摘要
目前我国金属矿山基本上是劳动密集型企业,普遍存在劳动生产率低、效益差等问题.但是,从另一方面看,这种状况反映出存在利用新技术来提高矿山经济效益的巨大潜力,文中通过具体实例阐明了这一问题.
Essentially, China's metals mines at present are a labour intensive enterpris-es, in which there are such problems as low labour productivity and poor economic result. However, on the other hand, this situation reflected that a great potential exists in using new techniques to improve the economic result of mines. The author takes the concrete ex-amples to illustrate this problem.
