THE STRUCTURE PRINCIPLE AND APPLICATION OF THE VERTICAL PLATE FEEDING SEED CELL ON INSIDE PRECISE SEEDMETER

无论是结构还是排种工艺，内侧充种垂直圆盘排种器都有别于普遍应用的、形式众多的排种器，是一种构造简单、通用性强、性能指标好的新颖机械式精密排种器。本文简要地介绍了它的结构和工作过程，阐明了它的基本工作原理、排种元件的基本运动，扼要地分析了该排种器的工作机理、充种方式和充种途径以及其应用效果。

The vertical plate feeding seed cell on inside precise seedmeter is different whether in structure or in technology of seed discharging from the others which have been widely applied.It is a kind of new mechanical seedmeter which is simple in structure,universal in using,excellent in performance indexes.This paper introduced the structure and working process simply,and clarified its basic working principle and basic motion of its seed discharging component.To the point, it analysed working principle of the seedmeter,patterns and ways of seed filling.The application effects of the seedmeter also have been narrated in this paper.
