摘要
“内侧充种垂直圆盘精密排种器”是我国的一项科研成果,它独创了敞口复式型孔内侧充种的新形式。本文在系统分析“内侧充种垂直圆盘精密排种器”中种子运动规律的基础上,对种子在充种过程中主要因素的本质联系进行了探讨,建立了多力联合充种力学数学模型。通过力学数学模型的建立和计算机模拟分析,实现了排种器结构参数、型孔尺寸和运动机理参数的优化确定。
The vertical plate feed of seed cell filling on inside precise seedmeter is an achievement in scientific research. It used the new type of the uncovered double hole and fillig seed on inside. This paper preliminarily approaches the flowing law of the seeds,and the action mechanism of the vertical plate feed of seed cell filling on inside, and the essentional connection of the primary factors in the seed cell filling. A multiple forces filling seed mechanics and mathematics model was set up. The structure parameters, the hole dimensions, and the movement mechanism of the seedmeter have been optimized through simulating the model on computer.
