摘要
应用余能变分原理和障碍问题迭代格式,首先求解多片叠层渐变刚度钢板弹簧簧片之间的接触力分布,然后应用接触力分布和约束条件求解总成的位移,其结果与实测值相当接近。应用本文提出的算法,可有效地提高预测厢式农用运输车平顺性的精度。
In this paper the principle of minimum complementary energy and the obstacle iteration scheme are used to calculate contact force distributions between leaves of variable rate leaf springs. According to constraints and calculated contact force distributions, displacement and spring rate can be calculated easily. One working example is given and the calculated displacement values quite agree with the practical measurements. The algorithm can be used to predict ride characteritics of agricultural vans accurately.
