基因治疗在遗传病,肿瘤等疾病的临床试验中巳经取得了很大进展,在艾滋病的临床试验中也取得了阶段性成果.而基因转移中的载体是基因治疗成败的关键步骤之一.较为成熟的逆转录病毒载体是目前临床运用最为广泛的基因转移工具.腺病毒载体,其它病毒和非病毒载体也进入临床试验.

A great progress has been made in the clinical test of Gene therapy for inheritancediseases and tumor, especially far AIDS. The selection and determination of vectors in genetherapy is a key step. The retrovirus vector has been widely and sucessfully used as one kindof tools for transporting gene, and vectors of adenovirus, non-virus and other viruses havebeen gradually used in the clinical tests.
