介绍了近几年来国内外有关高血压脑卒中临床研究的新进展,包括胆固醇与高血压在脑血管病变中的作用,预防脑卒中的降压治疗原则、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)和钙拮抗剂(CA)是防治高血压脑卒中的理想药物、心率变异性(HRV)与动态血压监测(ABPM)在高血压脑卒中的应用以及在我国预防高血压脑卒中的新认识.

The article introduces the latest development in the research of hypertensive brainstroke in recent years both home and abroad, miluding the effect of serum cholesterol andhypertension in the cerebrovascular pathological changes, the hypertensive treatment princi-ples in the prevention of brain stroke;it also introduce two ideal medicines: angtitensin con-verting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI) and calcium anlagonists (CA) which are used to preventand cure hypertensive brain stroke; then, it tells us the application of heart rate variance(HRV) and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM ) in the treatment of hypertensivebrain stroke as well as the new knowledge of the prevention of hypertensive brain stroke inour country.
