等效园柱面电容传感器结构参数与仿真研究

Research of Structure Parameter and Emulation for Equivalent Cylinder Surface Capacitance Sensor

提出了等效园柱面式电容传感器，分析了结构多数并给出了数学模型．通过计算机仿真研究结构参数的变化对传感器特性的影响．应用Ｃ语言编辑生成的仿真程序，在传感器结构设计中可以以最佳的特性为目标，寻求可行的结构参数．此仿真研究方法为传感器结构设计提供了良好的辅助设计环境．

A sensor of equivalent cylinder surface capacitance is presented,its structural parameter is analyzed and its mathematical model is given.The emulation program is edited in C language.The structural parameter variations which affect the specific property of a sensor is researched by computer emulation,which seeks feasible structure parameter by the best property objective at fixed restraint.This emulation research method provides a good aided design environment of sensor design.
