摘要
用凝集素亲和细胞化学ABC法研究了74例7~38周人胚胎肠道粘膜上皮糖复合物的出现和分布。发现UEA-1能标记15~38周小肠粘膜上皮的柱状细胞核上胞质和32~38周直肠粘膜上皮的糖萼和柱状细胞核上胞质;WGA能标记10~38周小肠粘膜上皮的糖萼和柱状细胞核上胞质;ConA能标记7~38周小肠、12~22周升结肠、横结肠和直肠粘膜上皮的糖萼和杯状细胞核上胞质。肠粘膜上皮糖复合物的出现和分布与上皮细胞的分化有关。
The occurrence and distrbution of the glycoconjugates in the mucosal epithelium of the intestine in human embryos aged from 7 to 38 weeks were studied by affinity cytochemical ABC method with biotinylated ulex europaeus agglutinin-1(UEA-1),wheat germ agglutinin(WGA)and concanavalin A(Con A).UEA -1 was limitedly bound to the supernuclear cytoplasm of the columnar cells in the mucosal epithelium of the small intestine aged from 15 to 38 weeks and to the glycocalyx and supernuclear cytoplasm of the columnar cells in the mucosal epithelium of the rectum aged from 3 2 to 3 8weeks,WGA was binding to the glycocalyx and supernuclear cytoplasm of the columnar cells in the mucosal epithelium of the small intestine aged from 10 to 38 weeks. And Con A was binding to the small intestine aged from 7 to 38 weeks to the ascending,transverse colon and rectum aged from 12 to 22 weeks.The binding located to the glycocalyx and supernuclear cytoplasm. The occurrence and distribution of the glycoconjugates was related to the cell differentiation.
