人胚胎肠道粘膜凝集素结合部位的研究

THE STUDY ON LECTIN BINDING SITES IN THE MUCOSAL EPITHELIUM OF MUMAN FETAL INTESTINE

用凝集素亲和细胞化学ＡＢＣ法研究了７４例７～３８周人胚胎肠道粘膜上皮糖复合物的出现和分布。发现ＵＥＡ－１能标记１５～３８周小肠粘膜上皮的柱状细胞核上胞质和３２～３８周直肠粘膜上皮的糖萼和柱状细胞核上胞质；ＷＧＡ能标记１０～３８周小肠粘膜上皮的糖萼和柱状细胞核上胞质；ＣｏｎＡ能标记７～３８周小肠、１２～２２周升结肠、横结肠和直肠粘膜上皮的糖萼和杯状细胞核上胞质。肠粘膜上皮糖复合物的出现和分布与上皮细胞的分化有关。

The occurrence and distrbution of the glycoconjugates in the mucosal epithelium of the intestine in human embryos aged from 7 to 38 weeks were studied by affinity cytochemical ABC method with biotinylated ulex europaeus agglutinin-1(UEA-1),wheat germ agglutinin(WGA)and concanavalin A(Con A).UEA -1 was limitedly bound to the supernuclear cytoplasm of the columnar cells in the mucosal epithelium of the small intestine aged from 15 to 38 weeks and to the glycocalyx and supernuclear cytoplasm of the columnar cells in the mucosal epithelium of the rectum aged from 3 2 to 3 8weeks,WGA was binding to the glycocalyx and supernuclear cytoplasm of the columnar cells in the mucosal epithelium of the small intestine aged from 10 to 38 weeks. And Con A was binding to the small intestine aged from 7 to 38 weeks to the ascending,transverse colon and rectum aged from 12 to 22 weeks.The binding located to the glycocalyx and supernuclear cytoplasm. The occurrence and distribution of the glycoconjugates was related to the cell differentiation.
