小儿脑死亡的诊断及其进展 被引量：3

摘要 脑死亡是指大脑皮层、小脑及脑干的不可逆损害和功能的丧失。这一概念是由美国哈佛大学医学院于1968年首次提出的。随着现代急救医学的发展和器官移植技术的进步,脑死亡作为与心肺死亡等同的概念已逐渐为许多国家所采用。 小儿脑死亡的诊断研究在我国才刚起步。国外对小儿脑死亡诊断标准的研究尚存在一些争议。
