国产记忆合金支架治疗食管狭窄

NATIONAL TINI MEMORY ALLOY FOR THE PALLIATION OF ESOPHAGEAL STRICTURE

为开辟治疗食管狭窄的新途径，应用国产ＴｉＮｉ记忆合金支架治疗食管良恶性狭窄患者２８例次。支架置放均一次成功，支撑效果好，术后吞咽通畅。国产记忆合金支架为食管良恶性狭窄的治疗提供了一种快速简便、安全有效的方法，价格仅为进口支架的１／１０，为临床应用推广提供了有利条件。

National TiNi memory alloy stent was used to treat 1 8 patients with esophageal striture. Of these patients, 10 had carcinoma of the esophagus, 3 had anastomatic striture after resection of the esophageal carcinoma , one had carcinoma of the cardia , one had anastomatic striture after resection of the cardiac carcinoma ,one had achalasia and one had mediastinal lymph node metastasis of lung cancer. The stents were placed successfully in all patients. The disphagia was relieved significantly after stent insertion. The insertion of national TiNi alloy stent provides a rapid , safe and effective palliation of be- nign and malignant esophageal obstruction. lts price is only 1 /1 0 of the imported stent. Also , it provides advantage condition for application and dissemination in clinical service.
