Several Problems in the Development of University Library

本文就高校图书馆在1996－2010年这一重要时期的继续发展中，应正确认识和处理好的下列6个问题进行了论述：高校图书馆在科教兴国战略中的座标点；高校图书馆与两个根本性转变的关系；关于现代化的高校图书馆；关于网络化建设；关于经费投入；关于队伍建设。

In this paper the next six problems which should be correctly reagnized and solved in the continual development durmg the important period of 1996- 2010 has been discussed:the position in which university libraries should be located in the slrategy to derelop our country with science and technology and education; the relation between unirersity libraries and the two basic trans for mations; the morelernized university libraries; the development of networked university libraries; the investment in university libraries; the requirements for librarian.
