流行性出血热伴发精神障碍26例

Epidemichemorrhagicfeveraccompaniedwithmentaldisturbance,areportof26cases

为总结流行性出血热（ＥＨＦ）突发精神障碍的临床特点，分析了ＥＨＦ病程中突发精神障碍的２６例病人。男１０例，女１６例。年龄２０～５９岁。农民２５例，工人１例。病人的主要临床症状为意识障碍、情感障碍、行为障碍、思维障碍。经应用抗精神病药物、精神心理疗法或／和变换生活环境后全部治愈。

Twenty-sixcasesofepidemichemorrhagicfeveraccompaniedwithmentaldisturbanceinthecourseofthediseasewerereported.Therewere10malesand16females.Theagesrangedfrom20to59yearsold.Therewere25peasentsand1worker.Themainclinicalmanifestationsofthesepatientsconsistedofdistur-banceofconsciousness(26cases),ofthemdisturbanceofemotion(21cases),distur-banceofaction(9cases)anddisturbanceofthought(7cases)wereobserved.Theyalrecoveredaftertreatmentwiththepsychophar-macologicdrugsformentaldisorders,psychotherapyor/andchangeofthelivingsurroundings.Themecha-nismofdevelopingsuchaseriesofclinicalmentalsymtomswerespeculatedanddiscussed.
