直流电锌离子导入治疗类风湿性关节炎的对比观察

Contrast observation of rheumatoid arthritis treated by Zinc-ion imported of direct current

目前对类风湿性关节炎尚无特殊治疗方法，有的学者报告本病与关节液内的锌离子浓度降低有关，曾以口服硫酸锌进行治疗收到一定效果。本组采用直流电锌离子导入，经两个疗程观察与对照组相比较，收到较好的治疗效果，经统计学处理Ｐ＜０．０５，差异显著。

By adoption of CRD high-efficacy treating apparatus-one of magnet,electricity and heat,and its magnetic field,impulse current and ultra-red ray for treatment of point-stimulation,clinical observations were made on 175 cases of three kinds of commonly encountered diseases of physiotherapy.By ridit analysis ,the order of virtues and defects in its curative effect is as follows:soft tissue injury,lumbar muscle strain and sciatica.By means of significance test of R,P<0.05,the difference shows significance.In order to find out whether there is any difference between effectiveness of the therapeutic apparatus of magnet,electricity adn heat and that of traditional single magnetic therapy,comparison was made between groups of soft tissue injury and lumbar muscle strain in group of observation and the control group of the same kind of disease-one of magnetic therapy.By ridit analysis,the therapeutic apparatus of magnet,electricity and heat is superior to the group of traditional single' magnetic field therapy.Through significance test of R,P<0.05, the difference shows significance.The therapy of combination of three factorsmagnet,electricity and heat is remarkably superior to traditional single magnetic field therapy.Lastly,the author has expressed his views on some questions concerned from clinical observation.
