摘要
研究了ＰＡ６６／ｇ－ＰＰ／玻纤复合材料的制备工艺、性能及其成型分接开关零部件的注射工艺特点。结果表明，该复合材料的综合性能明显优于国内现用材料，而且加工性能良好。最后对加工中制品出现的缺陷提出了相应的解决方法。
The preparation processing of PA/g-PP/Glass Fibre complex,its performances and the injecting characteristics of its switch patrs were studied.me results show that the complex is obviously superior to those being used domestically in quality and in processing performance.The solution method was also put forward regarding to the defect that maybe appear during the processing.
