摘要
研究了穿孔顶头常用钢25Cr2Ni4WA钢经RE(稀土)和RE+Al两种合金化工艺后其高温强度和硬度的变化。试验结果与分析表明,单一RE合金化对高温强度有所提高,但使高温硬度下降;RE+Al合金化对高温强度及硬度均有较大提高,从而可减少穿孔顶头的塌鼻、粘钢现象。由于RE+Al合金化工艺实用且成本不高,可望大力推广应用。
The high temperature strength and hardness of 25Cr2Ni4WA steel alleyed by RE and RE + Al were studied.The results show that 1)the high temperature strength is increased but the high temperature hardness is decreased if the steel is alloyed by RE only,2)the high temperature strength and hardness are increased increased obviously when the steel is alloyed by RE + Al,3)the nase sinking and steel stickness of the plug made of 25Cr2Ni4WA for manufacturing seamless steel pipe can be improved,and the alloying pcness is practical and useful
