摘要
本文研究了在H2SO4介质中,痕量铜对过氧化氢氧化甲基紫褪色反应的催化作用,建立了一个催化光度法测定痕量钢的新方法。采用固定时间法,线性范围为0~0.040mg/L,定量检出限为3.64×10-8g/L。在用于饮用自来水中痕量铜的测定时,结果满意。
Catulytic Spectrophotometric determination of trace copper with the system of copper -H2O2-Methy1 Violet (MV) was studied. The linear range of determination of copper is 0 0. 040mg /L and limit of detection is 3. 64 × 10-8g /L. The recovery of copper determination is up to 96~98 %. Fe(Ⅲ) (Fe(Ⅲ) /Cu≥1 ) interfere with determination of copper.
